In your PowerPoint, select a slide on the left side so you can write on it and insert a bulleted list into it.

Step 3. Define a space to write

Press your mouse inside the slide to see your active cursor.

Step 4. Tap the Home tab

In the PowerPoint ribbon, you will find different tabs. Click on the one named Home.

Step 5. Decide on the type of chips

Write the word or phrase, then click Enter. A bullet is created at the beginning of your sentence or word that you had written. Continue to write on the second line and thus create a second line with a bullet.

  • You will have to redo this same operation to make a list with bullets.
  • If you want to stop your bulleted list, click the Backspace key on your keyboard so that the gray bullet disappears.

Advice

  • You are free to vary the types of chips, according to your need. This is very useful, if you want to distinguish a point in a list which alone includes sub-parts.
  • Note that in a text, if you want to create a list, select all the lines to which you want to put bullets, then click on the icon so that each line ends up with a bullet.
