Steps

Step 1. Start with 6 small circles drawn next to each other

It should more or less look like a caterpillar.

Step 2. Start from the left

.. Draw 2 lines at the bottom of the first circle to make a paw.

Step 3. Skip the next 2 circles

Step 4. Draw lines on the following circles to represent the other 3 legs

Step 5. Start between the 1st and 2nd circle and draw an arch that ends between the 3rd and 4th circle

This is the dog's head.

Step 6. Draw another arch a little bigger than the first one

It should start between the 3rd and 4th circle and end on the last circle. This is the body of the dog.

Step 7. Make a small tail in the shape of a triangle at the top right of the larger arch

Step 8. Draw a small nose between the 2nd and 3rd circles

Step 9. Draw a small arch above the 2nd circle and another arch above the 3rd circle

These small arches should stay confined to the first arch you drew. These are the eyes of the dog.
