How to access a year of activity on Facebook

Facebook is no longer to be presented because it is so popular. There are many features on Facebook that are very useful especially when looking for information. It is, for example, possible to display the activity of a specific year and this as well from a telephone as from a computer.

Steps

Method 1 of 2: On a phone

Step 1. Go to Facebook

Tap the Facebook icon to open it. If you are not already logged in, you will need to enter your username and password, then press the button. Log in.

Step 2. Select the ☰ icon

On an iPhone you will find the icon at the bottom while for a phone that works with Android the icon is at the top of your Facebook page.

Step 3. Tap Settings & Privacy

Scroll through the list of features until you find Settings and privacy that you select. Then press Settings, then scroll through the list of options until you find Personal history, tap it.

Step 4. Choose the year

Press your finger on the small downward pointing arrow to the right of Year, and then select the year you want to see. The page updates and presents the different activities on Facebook in descending order of the year chosen.

From a selected year, you can filter on the month you want.
THE' Personal history only shows you activities where you've done something like liking a photo or attending an event.
Note that this information can only be viewed by you.

Method 2 of 2: On a computer

Step 1. Go to the Facebook site

Use your internet browser's search engine to access the Facebook web page. Then on the page enter your username and password, if prompted, then click Log in.

Step 2. Select the profile picture

Once logged in, on the home page click on your profile picture. You can also choose the photo that is at the top of the left side menu as the one at the top of the page in the center.

Step 3. Scroll down the page

You end up on your personal Facebook page. Scroll down a bit on your page to bring up a menu bar at the top. Select Recent on this menu bar.

Step 4. Choose the year

In the drop-down menu that appears, click on the year you want. The page updates and shows you your activity in descending order of the year you selected.
