You can still access the public information of a Facebook profile that is blocked or that you have blocked yourself. Unfortunately, you cannot see the complete information of a Facebook profile without being logged into the site, and you must use the site and not the mobile application.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Use general methods

Step 1. Ask a mutual friend to show you the blocked profile
Usually, Facebook users have a lot of common friends, which means you are likely to have one with the blocked user. If possible, explain to your friend why you want to see the blocked profile, and ask them to show it to you.

Step 2. Create a new Facebook account
Then add the blocked friend. If your own account has been blocked, you will need to create a new one and add the person in question.
If you were the one who blocked the person, it is a little easier to create the profile, but the new profile should be different from your main profile

Step 3. Unblock the user to access their profile
If you are the one who blocked the person, you can unblock them temporarily, just long enough to see their profile.
You will have to wait 24 hours before blocking the person again
Method 2 of 2: View a blocked Facebook profile via search mechanisms

Step 1. Make sure to log out of Facebook
To do this, click on ▼ in the upper right corner of the site, then click Logout.
You can also launch a private browser (or open an incognito window) and search from there

Step 2. Click on the address bar
This is the text field at the top of the browser window. Click on the bar to select the text there.

Step 3. Type [name] facebook
For the name, enter the first and last name of the person who owns the blocked profile.
- For example: John Appleseed facebook.
- If you know the personalized URL for the person's Facebook profile, use that instead.

Step 4. Press the Enter key
This will bring up the list of Facebook profiles corresponding to your search.
If the search does not generate the results you want, try adding specific details that appear on the person's Facebook profile (such as their city or place of work)

Step 5. Select the result corresponding to the profile you are looking for
This will open a profile preview. Although you cannot view the full profile (unless the entire profile is public), you will be able to see public information such as profile picture, occupation, and contact information.
