On Snapchat, it is possible to delete your story so that other users cannot see it.
Steps
Step 1. Open the Snapchat app
It is the icon with a white ghost on a yellow background.
- If you're not signed in to Snapchat, tap Log in then enter your username (or email address) and password.
Step 2. Slide your finger left on the camera screen
This will open the page of Stories.
Step 3. Press ⋮
This option is located at the top right of the screen, in front of My story.
Step 4. Choose the snap you want to remove
This will open it.
Step 5. Tap the trash can icon
It is located at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6. Select Remove
Now, this snap no longer appears in your story.
If you want to remove multiple photos from your story, you'll need to repeat the process for each one
Advice
- You can edit the list of people who can see your story in the Settings Snapchat by selecting Watch my story then Personalize in the section That can.
- Sometimes it's better to send a snap to a large group of friends than to include it in your story.
- While it's not possible to remove other users' Stories from your feed, it's possible to block someone so that they no longer see that person's Stories.
