This is the first tab at the top of the page. The list of all your WhatsApp chats will open. There you will also find the New Discussion button.

Step 3. Press the New Chat button

The page will refresh and your WhatsApp contact list will be updated. All new contacts from your phone are now imported to your WhatsApp contact list.

If you're using a Samsung Galaxy, you'll be using Samsung's Contacts app which usually has an orange icon that looks like a silhouette as well. Tap your app Contacts and press Once only Where Always down. This opens your Contacts app.
