Step 5. Take a photo or record a video

Select the white button at the bottom of the screen to take a photo or hold it down to start recording a video.

  • If your phone has a front and rear camera, you need to tap the camera icon at the bottom right to change it.
  • To add flash, tap the lightning bolt icon in the upper right corner until it turns yellow if you're using an iPhone. But if you have an Android, you will see the lightning bolt icon at the bottom left.

Step 6. Insert a caption

If you want to add a message to the photo or video, write it in the text box that appears on the confirmation screen.

Step 7. Touch ► to send the photo or video

It is a green icon. By tapping it, the recipient or all users in the conversation (if it is a group) will receive the image or video.
