Part 1 of 2: Using an iPhone or iPad

Step 1. Tap the app to open it

Step 4. Select the name of the one you want to call

If prompted, tap CONTINUE Where TO ALLOW to allow WhatsApp to have access to the phone's microphone and camera.

Step 6. Look at the front camera

Step 7. Speak audibly

Speak audibly into the microphone when your contact answers you.

Step 8. End your conversation

To do so, you need to tap the red icon with a phone. You can find it at the bottom of your screen.

Part 2 of 2: With an Android

Step 1. Tap the app to open it

This icon is green and round with a + inside. You can find it in the lower right corner of your screen.
