You can add an automatic signature to your emails in Microsoft Outlook so you don't have to type anything under each of your messages. A signature can be added on Outlook platforms using the website, mobile app, or desktop program that comes with an Office 365 subscription. Once you have created a basic signature, you can edit it for the future. make it more attractive.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Connect to the Microsoft Outlook website

Step 1. Open Outlook
Go to https://www.outlook.com/ in your preferred web browser. If you are already logged in to Outlook, this will open your inbox.
If you're not signed in to Outlook, first enter your Microsoft email address (or phone number) followed by your password

Step 2. Click Settings

It's the cogwheel icon at the top right of your Outlook inbox. Click on it to open a drop-down menu.

Step 3. Select Options
Options is at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

Step 4. Scroll down to the Electronic Signature option
You'll find it in the Layout section on the left of the page.
- You may need to click on Disposition before you can display the Electronic Signature option.

Step 5. Enter your signature
Type your signature in the text field on the right of the screen.

Step 6. Make sure your signature is active
Click on the box Automatically add my signature to new messages I write to check it. From now on, your signature will appear by default at the bottom of the messages you write.
- You can also check the box Automatically add my signature to messages I forward or reply to to add your signature to the bottom of all emails you send.

Step 7. Click Save
This option can be found at the top left of the Electronic Signature section. Click on it to save your changes and add a signature to your Outlook emails.
Method 2 of 3: Use the mobile app

Step 1. Open the Outlook application
The Outlook application looks like a white envelope with a blue "O" on it.
If you're not signed in to Outlook, enter your Microsoft email address (or phone number) and password to sign in

Step 2. Press ☰
This button is located at the top left of the screen.

Step 3. Select Settings

This option is located at the bottom left of the screen. Tap on it to open the Outlook settings menu.

Step 4. Choose Signature
The Signature option is in the middle of the settings page.

Step 5. Enter a new signature
Tap the signature that appears, delete it, and type your own signature.

Step 6. Press <
If you're using an Android, tap

. This button is located at the top left of the screen. Your changes will be saved and you will be redirected to the settings page. Now Outlook messages sent from your mobile device will display your signature.
Method 3 of 3: Use the desktop program

Step 1. Open Outlook 2016
This program looks like a blue and white envelope with a white "O" on it.

Step 2. Click New Email
This option is on the far right of the Home toolbar.

Step 3. Pull down the A signature menu
This is the drop-down menu in the Include option group which itself is found on the Message toolbar.

Step 4. Select Signatures
This option can be found in the One signature drop-down menu.

Step 5. Click New
You will find this button under the Select signature to edit text field at the top left of the Signatures and Theme window.

Step 6. Enter your name and click OK
This will create a name for your signature.

Step 7. Enter your name
Click on the field Edit signature at the bottom of the page then enter your name.

Step 8. Authorize your signature for new emails
Expand the menu New posts at the top right of the Signatures and theme window, then click on your name. This will automatically place your signature at the bottom of all new emails you send.
You can repeat this process for the Replies / Forwarding field to place your signature on all emails you send, including replies and forwarded emails

Step 9. Click OK
This button is at the bottom of the window. Click on it to save your signature and add it to all your emails sent from the Outlook program.
