Method 1 of 2: Find an archived email on mobile

Step 1. Open Gmail

Step 2. Press ☰
This button is located at the top left of the screen and opens a context menu.

Step 3. Select All Messages
This option is at the bottom of the screen.

The folder All Posts contains all the emails that are in your inbox, but also those that you have archived.
- Emails that do not have the label “Inbox” to the right of their subject are archived emails.

Method 2 of 2: Find an archived email on the website

Step 1. Go to the Gmail website
In your web browser, connect to this address to display your inbox if you are already connected to Gmail.
- If you are not yet signed in to Gmail, click LOGIN at the top right of the page then enter your email address followed by your password.

Step 2. Select the inbox tree
This is the option column starting with Mailbox on the left of the page. Select it to expand it and display additional options.

Step 3. Click More
This option is at the bottom of the column.

Step 4. Select All Messages
All Posts is at the bottom of the menu Menu and opens the corresponding folder.

Step 5. Find the archived email
In the file All Posts, you will find all the emails in your inbox, but also all the emails you have archived.
- Archived emails are those that do not have the caption "Inbox" to the left of their subject.
- If you can remember the sender of the email you're looking for, its subject, or a keyword in the body of the message, type that information into the search bar at the top of the Gmail page.

- If you know the date of receipt of the email you are looking for, scroll through the folder All Posts until the date in question.
