Aloe vera is a plant rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C and E, which makes it a great ingredient for homemade face masks. Although aloe vera is not a miracle cure for all skin conditions, it can help make your skin more glowing, reduce inflammation and blemishes, hydrate it, and reduce the signs of aging. When applying an aloe vera mask, use a thick brush to spread an even layer of the mixture over your forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. After letting the mixture sit for several minutes, rinse it off with cold water. Try out different masks and see which one works best for you!

Steps
Part 1 of 2: Create a refreshing mask

Step 1. Combine the papaya, cocoa powder and aloe vera
Cut a papaya in 4 and remove the outer layer. Place the fruit in a small bowl with a tablespoon (7.5g) of cocoa powder and grape-sized aloe vera gel. Using a fork or spoon, mash and mix the ingredients until they form a smooth paste.
- You can use this mask whenever you want.
- Papaya leaves your skin looking shiny and can help you get rid of acne.
Variant:
apply pure aloe vera to sunburns, crow's feet, fine lines and wrinkles in the smile. Although aloe vera cannot make wrinkles disappear, you can prevent them from getting worse. Rather than mixing the gel with other ingredients, apply it directly to the affected areas of your skin and leave it on.

Step 2. Prepare a mask with turmeric, aloe vera gel and honey
In a small bowl, mix 15 ml of aloe vera gel with raw liquid honey. Once these ingredients are well mixed, add 1 teaspoon (3 g) of turmeric powder. Keep stirring until there are no more lumps visible in the mixture.
Turmeric is a great remedy for inflamed skin while honey is known for its antibacterial and antifungal qualities

Step 3. Combine matcha, aloe vera gel and bentonite clay
In a small bowl, combine 10 g of bentonite clay powder and 5 ml of water, then stir until you obtain a clay paste. Then add 15 ml of aloe vera gel with 2 g of matcha. Continue to mix these ingredients in a bowl until you have a thick, consistent paste.
Bentonite clay is particularly beneficial on oily skin, while matcha helps fight inflammation in the skin

Step 4. Make your skin look glowing
In a small bowl, pour 30 ml of aloe vera gel, 3 g of ground coffee and 4 g of white sugar. Mix these ingredients together until they form a smooth, homogeneous paste with the consistency of a gel.
The granularity of the ground coffee exfoliates the skin
Part 2 of 2: Apply the aloe vera mask

Step 1. Wash your skin with a cleanser and an exfoliator
Using the cleanser of your choice, clean oils, dirt and cosmetics from your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin and the area under your eyes. Then apply a cherry-sized amount of exfoliant to your skin to remove dead skin cells. When you are finished, you can rinse off the exfoliator with lukewarm water.
Don't exfoliate every day, but rather 3 times a week or so. If your skin is particularly acne-prone, you can exfoliate it daily

Step 2. Take a shower to open your pores
Before applying an aloe vera mask to your skin, relax with a hot, steaming shower. Stay there for several minutes, so your pores will open naturally. Thus, your skin will be more receptive to the mask!

Step 3. Apply the mixture with a brush
Dip a 2.5cm wide makeup brush into the mask. After covering it completely, spread the mixture on your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose. Try to apply it in an even coat.
If your hands are clean, you can also apply the mask with your fingers

Step 4. Leave the mask on your face for 10 minutes
Set a timer for 10 minutes and relax as the mask penetrates your skin. Try not to waste time. If you leave the mixture on your skin for too long, it may be difficult to wash off later.
You need to keep the mask on for several minutes so that your skin can benefit from the nutrients

Step 5. Rinse your face with cold water
Use your hands to spray your skin with cold water. At the same time, use gentle movements to remove the mask from your skin. If you prefer, you can also use damp toilet paper to dab your face.
Cold water helps your pores close and absorb nutrients from the mask

Rather than rinsing off the products, let them penetrate your skin.
