Small breasts can be very frustrating, especially if you are surrounded by women with larger breasts all the time. However, you can easily give the impression of larger breasts by using duct tape. It can help you make them bigger, but also allow you to wear backless tops, dresses and playsuits.
Method 1 of 3: Create the neckline
Step 1. Cut four pieces of duct tape
Medical tape is most suitable for these techniques. You can also use duct tape for sports or for fabrics. Chatterton is also often used, but it's riskier if you have sensitive skin. These strips of duct tape should be a little smaller than the width of your chest. You might only need three, but prepare four just in case.
Step 2. Lay the first strip
Start with the first band, resting it on your left breast, down and out. Use your right hand to set it up. Glue half of it. Make sure it is securely in place by using both hands to push it down.
Step 3. Pull the tape
Use your left hand to press down on the part of the tape that is stuck to your skin. Pull as hard as you can with your right hand and hold it in place. Let go of the left hand. Use it to bring your right breast as close to the left as possible. Place the other half of the tape under the right breast to hold it together.
Step 4. Grab the second strip of duct tape
This time, start with the right breast. Follow the same steps. You need to glue it half on the first strip and half on top. Bring the breasts together, squeezing even more as you apply the tape. This will help you lift them up and make the cleavage deeper.
Step 5. Use the third strip
You're only going to use it to hold the other two in place. Start on the left side of the tape already in place and glue half of it to your skin. Pull to the right side. If you can't stretch it on both sides, use the fourth strip to hold it in place.
Step 6. Add a small strip in the middle
To add to the neckline, use a small piece of duct tape. Prepare a piece of a length of 5 cm maximum. Pinch the center of the tape that holds the bust in place (i.e. you should pinch just below the neckline). Use the small piece of tape to continue pinching the strips by wrapping it all around.
Method 2 of 3: Install duct tape to lift and reduce movement
Step 1. Prepare six strips of duct tape
They should not be wider than your chest. To make the breasts fit this way, you are going to need to create a shape similar to that of a bra. You will need four bands for the base and two bands for the shoulder straps to lift the chest. It is a great option to give them more support and to wear a halter top. In addition, the bands will be installed lower if you have a more plunging neckline.
Step 2. Install the first strip
Take it and place it on the left breast in the bottom corner. It must hold over the ribs. Hold it securely by pressing on it with both hands. Then hold it firmly with your left hand.
Step 3. Pull the tape over the chest
Once in place, use your left hand to pull the right breast to the left. Once you've found the cleavage you like, finish by pulling the first strip of tape towards the right breast.
Step 4. Install the second strip on top
Grab the second piece and glue it at the bottom of the right breast. While maintaining your breasts in the desired position, stretch this second strip and stick it over the first. Make sure you pull hard enough to keep the cleavage you like.
Step 5. Hold the chest
Now you will create the suspenders. However, they will only go up to your collarbones instead of going over your shoulders. Take a strip and stick it under the left breast. Pull up and seat it where your collarbone is. Repeat on the other side. This gives the breast more support and makes it look bigger.
Step 6. Hold the device in place
Use the last strips of tape to hold everything in place. Make sure to put some over the straps and seal the gaps in the tape. Pull firmly to give more support.
Method 3 of 3: Remove the tape
Step 1. Soak it in hot water
Take a hot bath or hot shower to soften the tape. If you don't have a bathtub or don't want to shower, you can use a wet towel. Just use lukewarm water to moisten it and lay it on the tape while lying on your back. It will be much easier for you to remove the tapes.
Step 2. Slowly remove them
When you want to remove them, you have to do it slowly and gently. If you pull them off too quickly, you could tear your skin off at the same time. Even if you have used an adhesive tape specially designed for the skin (such as those that athletes use), you are going to have to remove it slowly. Peel it off, keeping the skin all around. Be careful not to shoot it.
Step 3. Use sweet almond oil
If you can't remove it, apply sweet almond oil to it. It eliminates sticky substances from the skin. Take a cotton ball and dip it in the oil. Follow the line of the duct tape while slowly removing it.
- These steps could be much simpler if you had someone to help you.
- Be careful not to leave any space in the tape or it will show.
- Do not put it over the nipple. You could seriously damage it when removing the strips.
- Do not wrap the tape all the way around your torso. You might prevent yourself from breathing properly if it is too tight.
- Also, do not apply it over sores, irritations or sunburns.
