If you want to watch Facebook videos without having to log in, you can save them to your computer or mobile device and view them later. It is possible to download the videos directly from the website or use third-party applications and third-party sites to save them to your Android or iOS device.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Save your own videos

Step 1. Log in to Facebook
Go to the video you want to record. Videos posted to Facebook can be found in Photos> Albums> Videos.

Step 2. Start playing the video
Click on Options below the video.

Step 3. Click Download SD or Download HD
SD stands for standard definition and HD for high definition (HD videos will be larger). Once the format is selected, your browser will download the Facebook video.

Step 4. Open the default download folder on your computer

Step 1. Log in to Facebook
Go to the video that interests you.

Step 2. Select the play button
In the address bar of your browser, you will see the address of the Facebook video displayed.

Step 3. Replace "www" with "m
". The URL of the mobile version of the web page will display in the address bar and you should now have "http://m.facebook.com/".

Step 4. Press Enter
The mobile version of the video will open in your browser. By viewing the mobile page, you will enable the HTML5 function on Facebook, which will allow users to save the videos to their computer.

Step 5. Select the play option again

Select Save link target Where Save video as.

Step 7. Select the save location
Choose the folder where you want to save the video on your computer.

Step 8. Click Save
The video will be downloaded to your computer and saved to the folder you selected.
Method 3 of 4: Back up videos with mobile apps

Step 1. Open the Google Play Store or the App Store
The app stores on Android and iOS contain free and paid apps that will let you save Facebook videos directly to your mobile device.

Step 2. Tap the search box
Type in the keywords that will help you find apps to record Facebook videos. For example, you can type "Download Facebook videos" or "Facebook video downloader".

Step 3. Select one of the applications
This will give you an idea of its features and price. Video Downloader for Facebook is the name of an application offered by several developers of third-party applications such as XCS Technologies, Lambda Apps or Linterna Apps.

Step 4. Install or purchase the app
Some apps are free and others cost $ 0.99 or more.

Method 4 of 4: Back up videos on iOS

Step 1. Go to the App Store
On your iOS device, tap the App Store icon.

Step 2. Search for Alexander Sludnikov's “MyMedia File Manager” application
This app will allow you to manage media files on your iOS device including Facebook videos.

Step 3. Install MyMedia File Manager
You will be asked to sign in with your Apple ID and password. Once the app is installed, you will need to find it along with the other apps on your device.

Step 4. Open Facebook
Then go to the video you want to record.

Step 5. Start playing the video
Then tap the share icon.

Step 6. Select Copy Link
The video link will be saved to the clipboard.

Step 7. Open MyMedia File Manager
Then select Navigator.

Step 8. Go to the SaveFrom site
This site allows you to download and save content from other websites.

Step 9. Long press the search field
Select Paste the link.

Step 10. Tap the arrow next to the search box
SaveFrom will decode the link and display a list of download options.

Step 11. Select Download Video
The video will be downloaded to your iOS device and you will find it in the Media tab of the MyMedia File Manager app.

Step 12. Open the Media tab
Then, tap on the Facebook video.

Step 13. Tap Save to Camera Roll
The Facebook video will be saved to your iOS device's Camera Roll.
