Liking Facebook Pages is a great way to show your support for your favorite products, series, and causes, but you can be sure that updates to these pages will clutter your feed. If you are drowning in updates and want to simplify your virtual life, it might be time to stop liking some of the pages you are not so interested in anymore.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: no longer like individual pages

Step 1. Open the page you no longer want to like
You can click on the page in your news feed or search for it using the Facebook search bar.

Step 2. Click the Like button
This button is located at the top of the page you just viewed, next to the name of that page. As you scroll down the page, the Like button will remain visible at the top of the screen.

Step 3. Click I don't like it anymore
Facebook will ask you to confirm that you no longer want to "like" this page. Once this is done, you will no longer see updates to them in your news feed.
Method 2 of 2: Use personal history

Step 1. Open your personal history
Your personal history is the easiest way to see all the pages you liked listed in one place. Click on the icon Confidentiality next to the little wheel icon at the top right of your Facebook page.
- Click on Show more settings.
- Tap the link Use personal history in the "Who can see my content?" section. "
- You can also access the personal history by opening your profile and clicking on the button personal history.

Step 2. Select the Like option from the left menu
The menu will drop down and present you with two options: Pages and Interests and Posts and Comments. Click the option Pages and Interests.
- If you do not have access to these options when you click on the button I like, try to reload the page on your browser.

Step 3. Find the pages you no longer want to like
In the main frame, you will see a chronological list of all the pages you liked. Scroll down to see them all.

Step 4. Click on the pencil icon on the right of the page you want to forget
Select I no longer love from the drop-down menu. Facebook will ask you to confirm your choice. Once it's done, their posts will no longer appear in your News Feed.
