It is possible to download your Google Chrome bookmarks to a file on your Windows or Mac computer. Once you've exported the file, you can upload it to another browser to access Favorites in that browser. Note that it is not possible to export Chrome favorites from the mobile app.
Steps

Step 1. Open Google Chrome

Click or double click on the icon Chromium shaped like a red, green and blue sphere.

Step 2. Click ⋮
This button is located in the upper right corner of the window. A drop-down menu will appear.

Step 3. Select Favorites
This option is near the top of the drop-down menu. A popup menu will open.

Step 4. Choose Favorites Manager
You will find this option in the popup window. the Favorites manager will open in a new tab.

Step 5. Open the Favorites menu
Click on the icon ⋮ in the rightmost part of the blue banner located at the top of the Favorites. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Make sure you don't click on the icon ⋮ located either directly to the right of a Favorite or at the top right of the grayed out section of Chrome, as these icons will not give you access to the correct options.

Step 6. Select Export Favorites
This option is in the drop-down menu. This will open a window File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
- If you don't see Export favorites, you clicked on the wrong icon ⋮.

Step 7. Enter a name
Choose a name for your favorites file.

Step 8. Choose the location where the file will be saved
In the left part of the window, click on the folder in which you want to save your favorites file (for example: Office).

Step 9. Click Save
This option is located in the lower right corner of the window.
