Whether you've posted images on Instagram that you don't like anymore or are ashamed of some photos you are tagged in, don't worry! You can remove them very easily.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Delete photos on Instagram

Step 1. Open Instagram
Tap the icon to open the app.

Step 2. Open your profile
Select your profile icon to access the page.

Step 3. Browse your photos
You can view your photos as a grid or as a list (the photos are then displayed one after the other) depending on your preferences

Step 4. Select a photo
Tap the one you want to delete.

Step 5. Open the options
Tap the three dots icon to access photo options.

Step 6. Tap Remove

Step 7. Select Remove
Tap the option in the menu titled Delete the photo?

Step 8. Repeat the process
Repeat for each photo you want to delete. It's as simple as that !
Method 2 of 2: Delete a photo where you are tagged

Step 1. Open Instagram
Select the application icon to access it.

Step 2. Open your profile
Tap your profile icon to open it.

Step 3. Access the photos of you
Tap the framed character icon to access photos you've been tagged with.

Step 4. Select a photo
Tap on the one in which you no longer wish to be identified.
You can also tap the tags icon on the far right of the gallery toolbar to view all the photos you are tagged with

Step 5. Tap the photo
Tap anywhere to display a list of identified people.

Step 6. Select your name

Step 7. Tap More options

Step 8. Remove yourself from identification
Press on Remove me from the post.

Step 9. Confirm the deletion
Select To delete in the dialog box that opens.

Step 10. Tap Done
Your changes will be saved. The photo should no longer appear in your profile.
- To remove your identification from several photos at the same time press the three dots icon at the top right of the menu then press Hide from my profile.
