You have an exam to take early the next morning and there is no other way. Read on for some great tips on how to stay calm and ensure success.

Step 2. Eat healthy foods

You can imagine that 16 cans of fresh Red Bull and five Snickers candy bars are the best ways to satisfy this need, but, sadly, they fall far short of serving you. Getting coffee initially can keep you awake, but you will just end up being exhausted by the time you dial it.

  • Don't get distracted by anything on the computer like (in this case, music might not be of much use, but will allow you to study well)
  • Remember, cramming is still not the answer. This will decrease your chances of keeping up to date with lessons. It is best to revise for one exam, but not for all, especially when it comes to important compositions or exams. If you cram, you waste time trying to remember, instead understand what is being asked.
  • Do not take too much coffee or energy drink, it is dangerous for your health and it will keep you from your goal.
  • If you can't remember an answer during an exam, never cheat, as it can have serious consequences. It's always better to lose a game with integrity than to win it by cheating.
  • If you intend to study on the way to school, make sure you are not the one driving, as you will need to focus on the lane!
