Everyone wants to be successful in life, right? Know that even as a teenager, you have the possibility of success in life. You will even notice that it is not that difficult. There are guidelines that, when followed rigorously, will lead to a successful adolescence.
Steps

Step 1. Do well in school
No matter how boring it may seem to you now, your education will allow you to become an active member of society later on. Always strive for excellence at school. Always give your best, listen carefully to your teachers, do your homework, study and get excellent grades. All of this will give you the chance to get to a good university, which will allow you to get a good job later. School puts you on the right path!

Step 2. Be helpful in your community
Volunteering not only helps improve your position in your community, it can also make you more cheerful. Research has shown that people who volunteer are less prone to depression and other emotional issues than people who don't. Try to find volunteer opportunities that interest you. If, for example, you like animals, volunteer to work in an animal shelter. If, on the other hand, you like helping people around you, volunteer to serve at a soup kitchen. If you like to protect the environment, don't hesitate to plant trees or pick up the rubbish lying around. Helping others will make you feel better about yourself. In addition, by your action, you help make the world a better place and above all, having several hours of volunteer work will be a plus on your CV!

Step 3. Define your life goals
Work to achieve them. Start thinking about what kind of career you would like to pursue, but make sure you choose a good option based on your qualities and interests. The profession you choose could be the one you will practice for your whole life! You could also work on goals that are not related to your career. For example, it could be getting good grades in class, organizing a fundraiser, joining a sports team, etc. Challenge yourself and you will be very surprised at the things you are able to achieve!

Step 4. Avoid problems
Whether judicial or otherwise. It could completely ruin your plans for the future. Don't give in to group pressure and give up on drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. Strictly obey the law and avoid finding yourself in the back of a police car. If your comrades put pressure on you to do a prohibited thing, go away. If during your teenage years you manage to avoid the above mentioned things, you will find that they will be even easier for you to avoid once in college, away from the pressure of other classmates.

Step 5. Be nice to your teachers and parents
Remember they are there to help you reach your full potential. Respect them and give importance to their opinions, even if they annoy you at times. Keep in mind that whatever they do, they do because they care about you and want to see you succeed in life. You don't choose your parents or your teachers, but you have to put up with them nonetheless. Learn to collaborate with people now, because as an adult you will not have the flexibility to choose who will be your superior or who will be your colleagues. So learn to respect others now.

Step 6. Make good friends who can help you
The comrades are there to help you and to cheer you up. Prioritize the company of people who help you feel happy, and avoid those who don't. Create a group of friends who appreciate and support each other and who can help you be successful in life and achieve your dreams. Find a few good friends that you can keep in touch with after you leave high school.

Step 7. Be active
Join a sports team at school or outside the school. Go jogging around the neighborhood. Take your dog with you for a long, pleasant walk. Join a yoga group, go swimming at the local recreation center, do sit-ups during TV commercials, etc. Practice ! It will make you feel better physically and mentally. Research has shown that people who are active during their childhood or adolescence will be more active as adults. So start today.

Step 8. Do Things You Love
Find a hobby such as reading, writing, sewing, music or dancing. You can also play sports or pottery. It will help you pass the time and develop your personality. Experiment and discover new things. You might be surprised to find out that you really like these things!

Step 9. Believe in something
Start by believing in a cause. It could be a religion or even an environmental or social issue. This way you will start to develop your own ideas. Form your own opinions and support them. Don't hesitate to stand up for what you think is right.

Step 10. Live your life to the fullest
Youth only lasts a short time and before you even know it you'll be a regretting adult who will say If only I had done this when I was younger. Be bold, conquer the world and live your life! It's short, take advantage of it while you can.
