Signing in to iCloud with your Apple ID allows you to back up or save your documents, videos, photos, and other important files, so you can access your data anytime from any device. You can sign in to iCloud from a computer, iOS device, or even online at iCloud.com.
Steps
Method 1 of 5: Sign in to iCloud on an iOS device

Step 1. Tap Settings and select General

Step 2. Select Software Update
Then press Download and install. Your iOS device will install all updates available on Apple's servers. This allows you to sign in to iCloud and have access to the latest features.

Step 3. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen
This will allow you to sign in to iCloud. The setup wizard will walk you through signing in to iCloud every time you turn on a new iOS device or update to the latest system version.
- Press on Settings and select iCloud. Then enter your Apple ID if you skipped the installation process. This action will allow you to sign in to iCloud.
Method 2 of 5: Sign in to iCloud on Windows

Step 1. Go to

If you don't have Windows 7 or 8, sign in to iCloud by another method

Step 2. Click Download
Then choose an option to save the file iCloudStep.exe on your desktop.

Step 3. Go to the desktop and double click on the executable file

Step 4. Follow the instructions to install iCloud on your computer

Step 5. Open the iCloud program after installation
Enter your password and Apple ID to sign in.
If you don't already have an account, follow the instructions in Method Four to create an Apple ID on iCloud.com

Step 6. Check the iCloud services you want to enable
You have the option to use iCloud for services like Contacts, Mail, Photos, and more.

Step 7. Click Apply
iCloud will now be enabled for the services you selected.
Method 3 of 5: Sign in to iCloud on macOS

Step 1. Click on the Apple logo
It is represented by the apple icon and can be found in the upper left corner of your screen. Then select App Store. This action will open the app store window.

Step 2. Click Updates
Then select the option you want to update or install the available updates. This way, you can be sure that your computer is running the latest version of macOS.

Step 3. Click on the apple icon and select System Preferences

Step 4. Click iCloud
Then enter your password and Apple ID.

Step 5. Select the iCloud services you want to activate
You have the option to use iCloud for services like Contacts, Mail, Photos, and more. The software will thus be activated for all the selected services.
Method 4 of 5: Sign in to iCloud with a web browser

Step 1. Go to the iCloud site via

Step 2. Type in your password and Apple ID
Then click on the arrow to sign in to iCloud.
- Click on Create yours now. Do this if you don't have an Apple ID. Then, follow the onscreen instructions to create one and sign in to iCloud.
Method 5 of 5: Solve problems

Step 1. Fix the repeat invitation problem
If you're constantly prompted to sign in on your iPad or iPhone, you need to sign out of iCloud and turn off the service. Find my iPhone. This problem is often seen on iOS devices and can occur after you restore your device in iTunes or install the latest version of the iOS operating system.
- Go to Settings and press iCloud.
- Select Logout at the bottom of the screen, then press Logout in the window that appears.
- Select Remove from iPhone, then press Deactivate.
- Press and hold the Sleep / Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears. This action will restart the device.
- Go to Settings and sign in to iCloud again. The problem should now be solved.

Step 2. Try to turn off your iPhone
Do this if iCloud continues to prompt you to sign in. This problem is normally caused by a bad WiFi connection. This can be solved if you restart your device.

Step 3. Restore and backup your device with iTunes
Do this if iCloud keeps asking you to sign in. This action will reset the phone to factory settings so that you can set it up as a new device or restore it from iTunes or iCloud.
