Have you ever noticed that you've suddenly subscribed to a whole bunch of weird Instagram accounts? This happens when spammers take control of your account. To prevent your Instagram account from automatically subscribing to other accounts, you'll need to make sure that no one other than you can access it. Remove access to connected applications and update your password!
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Manage connected apps

Step 1. Go to Instagram and Login
Before changing your password, make sure that no unauthorized applications have permanent access to your account. You will need to perform these different steps on a web browser, whether from a computer, your phone or a tablet.

Step 2. Click on your profile icon or picture
